Who we are
Kukedile Advisory is based in Kampala, Uganda and Nairobi, Kenya. You can contact us at hello@kukedile.com.
What we collect
We collect only what you enter in the enquiry form: your name, organisation, email address, phone number if provided, service area and message. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting platform may record basic, aggregated visit statistics.
Why we use it
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that relationship. We never sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored securely in our website database and sent to our business email inbox. Our service providers for website hosting, database and email delivery process data on our behalf and may store it outside Uganda and Kenya, with appropriate safeguards.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months unless we go on to work together, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or object to its use, by emailing hello@kukedile.com. We respond within 30 days. You may also complain to Uganda's Personal Data Protection Office or Kenya's Office of the Data Protection Commissioner.

This notice is written with reference to Uganda's Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019 and Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
